Assume personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the interdisciplinary department with 12 employees.
Provide professional instruction, support, and development for employees, und ensure business, quality, and deadline control for assigned inquiries and support tasks.
Further develop the department regarding standardization of inquiries in child and adult protection and ensure implementation of defined processes.
Co-shape the organization as a member of the executive board and contribute to overarching organizational, quality, and development issues.
Act as a liaison between the executive board, the authority, and departments, as well as internal and external interfaces.
Lead or contribute to various working groups and projects.
Possibly contribute as a deputy board member.
Anforderungen
Tertiary degree in Law or Social Work.
Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in a KESB, an administration, or at a court.
Independent, pragmatic, assertive, structured, and networked-thinking leadership personality with humor.
Strong communication skills in speech and writing.
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and willingness to take responsibility and contribute constructively.
Cooperative, socially competent, and secure demeanor.
Respectful and reflective handling of people in difficult life situations.
