Bunge seeks a Manager for Dry Bulk Agribusiness Freight Pricing in Geneva to lead freight grid development and market analysis, acting as a liaison between logistics, trading, and chartering teams.
This position is central to defining the future of dry bulk freight within a global agribusiness context. The role serves as the primary connection between Logistics, Agricultural Trading, Chartering, and Operations, directly contributing to the success of global trading activities by ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create and update daily freight grids while managing specific ad-hoc pricing requests.
- Examine complex market conditions to guarantee that pricing remains both competitive and profitable.
- Work closely with the Chartering team to synchronize internal and external pricing approaches using voyage market intelligence.
- Deliver expert market insights and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Logistics and Freight Operations to enhance vessel profitability and maximize fleet value.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with key external and internal partners.
Requirements
- Possess between 5 and 15 years of experience in dry bulk freight chartering.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of analyzing market data, including spot and deferred freight dynamics, commodity supply and demand, and freight market curves, to produce accurate freight pricing grids.
- Be an assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Have familiarity with logistics planning tools, with experience using the IMOS system being preferred.

- Previous experience working with a freight operator, brokerage, or global trading house.
