The company seeks a Manager for Financial Services Risk focusing on Operational Resilience, BCM, and TPRM in Zürich. The role involves advising clients on non-financial risks and leading project teams.
This position sits within a global network of risk management specialists who partner with major financial services organizations. The team provides consulting solutions to help clients identify, assess, manage, and monitor non-financial risks, delivering trusted advice across functional and cross-country services.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in implementing measures related to Operational Resilience.
- Strengthen client Operational Resilience to minimize business disruption risks.
- Lead internal ideation to streamline operations and external efforts to enhance client resilience.
- Manage and lead project teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Drive business development activities, including responding to requests for proposals and go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree (BA/S or MA/S), preferably in subjects related to financial services.
- Over 6 years of experience in the financial services sector, either in control functions (e.g., BCM, TPRM) or through consulting.
- Experience in Operational Resilience, BCM, and/or TPRM.
- Experience in managing and leading project teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in driving business development activities such as responding to requests for proposals and go-to-market activities.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office tools (specifically MS PowerPoint).
- Fluent in German and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT Risk or Information Security.
- French language skills.
