Manager / Senior Manager Transaction Services

The company seeks a Senior Manager or Manager for Transaction Services in Zürich, focusing on M&A due diligence and deal support across various industries.

This position places the candidate at the center of client mergers and acquisitions, guiding multidisciplinary teams through due diligence, pre-completion, and post-completion phases to help clients maximize the value of their transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized assistance for diverse transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments.
• Support buy-side due diligence, sell-side advisory, vendor due diligence, and negotiation phases for corporate and private equity clients.
• Partner with subject matter experts to quickly grasp client operations and communicate insights through high-quality reporting.
• Perform pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence assessments.
• Lead large-scale enterprise-wide integration projects.
• Advise on complex divestitures and separations across multiple functional areas.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree with a finance background, ideally including CPA or CFA credentials.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards such as IFRS and US GAAP.
• Possess a minimum of five years of experience delivering financial due diligence and transaction services to major corporations and private equity funds.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Show strong analytical capabilities.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools like PowerBI and Alteryx.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness for business travel as needed for client engagements.
