ML Application Engineer (Japanese or Korean-speaking)

Neuralconcept seeks a Mid-level ML Application Engineer fluent in English and either Korean or Japanese to support customers in Korea with AI-driven engineering solutions. The role involves collaborating with automotive, aerospace, and energy teams to implement machine learning workflows and accelerate product design using Python and the company’s platform.

The ML Application Engineering team at Neuralconcept supports customers in Korea by solving complex engineering challenges through AI. They partner with engineering and design teams in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and energy to streamline product development. The role sits at the intersection of engineering and artificial intelligence, helping industry leaders adopt cutting-edge technologies to redefine their design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to run projects, process engineering data using the company’s platform and Python libraries, and create customized solutions and workflows.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to engineering and physics problems, delivering proofs-of-concept that demonstrate value in CAD, CAE, and manufacturing contexts.
• Train customer teams to use the company’s platform and methods effectively, ensuring smooth integration of AI into their existing workflows.
• Partner with developers to translate customer feedback and requirements into product enhancements.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
• Possess a strong understanding of both engineering and machine learning (mandatory).
• Have extensive experience with Python programming and machine learning/deep learning frameworks and libraries (mandatory).
• Be fluent in English and either Korean or Japanese (preferably native-level fluency; mandatory).

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation and industry background in CAD/CAE modeling (e.g., CFD, FEM) is advantageous.
