Bürgenstock Hotels AG seeks a Night Audit professional for its Obbürgen resort. The role ensures overnight operational efficiency, guest service continuity, and accurate financial reporting within a premier Swiss hospitality environment.

As a Night Audit at the Bürgenstock Resort, a recognized leader in Swiss hospitality, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth and rational workflow operations throughout the night. Your work ensures that the hotel runs efficiently while providing seamless support to guests and departments during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient workflow processes across all relevant departments.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and other hotel divisions to ensure operational cohesion.
• Oversee front desk, reservation, and telephone services to guarantee optimal guest support.
• Execute precise billing procedures using reservation and cash register systems.
• Generate daily closing reports and prepare necessary administrative documentation.
• Manage late arrivals and walk-in guests professionally to maintain service standards.
• Monitor room status and availability during the night shift.
• Address and resolve guest complaints with care and efficiency.
• Handle and report any special incidents or cases occurring during night hours.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in an administrative or related field.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong performance readiness, flexibility, and resilience.
• Ability to remain calm, accurate, and efficient under pressure.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a similar night audit or front office role.
• Additional language skills in French (spoken and written).
