Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 shift operations and monitor hydro-power and grid installations continuously.
- Record, relay, and coordinate fault reports with on-call personnel.
- Develop and execute energy scheduling plans.
- Prepare water-budget forecasts for the Flex-Pool system.
- Verify and monitor Flex-Pool schedules for accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct weekly on-site inspections of power-plant facilities.
Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship, such as automation technician EFZ, electrician EFZ, power-systems electrician, mechanical technician EFZ, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of systems engineering.
- Proficiency with MS-Office and digital tools.
- Systematic thinking and quick learning ability.
- Independent, decisive, and dependable work approach.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in operating and maintaining hydro-power plants.
