This position serves as the technical authority for Operational Technology initiatives, ensuring that infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and robust. Operating in a remote capacity, the lead will drive technical strategy while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for OT systems.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to implement innovative solutions.
• Maintain the security and reliability of operational technology infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Operational Technology and Industrial IT.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.
