This junior pastry position supports the preparation and presentation of dishes at Ottolenghi, reporting directly to the Chef Pâtissier.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie in preparing assigned dishes
• Help verify incoming orders
• Check deliveries for quality, freshness, and quantity
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Hold a valid Swiss work permit or possess an EU passport
