Parts Coordination Management Trainee Programme

Wärtsilä Switzerland AG seeks a Parts Coordination Management Trainee for a full-time, on-site role in Switzerland. This position offers hands-on experience in global logistics and customer service within a structured trainee programme.

This position is embedded within a global trainee programme and the local Parts Coordination Management (PCM) team. Participants engage with real-world cases immediately, gaining a deep understanding of logistics operations in a multinational setting. The role directly influences service levels for the marine and energy sectors, allowing the trainee to build strong customer relationships while developing technical and communication competencies.

Responsibilities

• Handle actual business cases from the beginning of the programme.
• Enhance both interpersonal and technical capabilities through practical application.
• Acquire knowledge regarding global logistics processes and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field.
• Prior experience in customer service roles.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
