Responsibilities
- Perform detailed technical and visual checks on incoming components to confirm they match blueprints and specifications.
- Manage the internal distribution of materials to guarantee that production departments receive the right parts promptly.
- Develop and maintain a warehouse layout that enhances space usage, safety compliance, and picking speed.
- Assist the logistics department during busy periods by handling order packing, verification, and shipping paperwork.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations within a technology-focused setting.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proactive mindset with a natural curiosity to understand processes and identify improvements.
- Ability to take ownership of assignments and see them through to completion independently.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, both verbally and in writing.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; a willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude are prioritized.
