Portfolio Associate - Reporting

The company seeks a Portfolio Associate - Reporting to manage data infrastructure, portfolio reporting, and dealflow operations in a fully remote role based in Geneva.

This position is responsible for maintaining the data and reporting systems that support the investment platform. The associate ensures financial and operational information is accurate and delivered on time, while also acting as the primary contact for portfolio companies and inbound deal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio company data, including financial KPIs, valuation marks, and ownership details, is entered accurately and promptly into the CRM.
• Gather, standardize, and reconcile periodic reports from portfolio companies, identifying any gaps or inconsistencies for the investment and finance teams.
• Create and maintain internal portfolio reports and dashboards for senior leadership, guaranteeing data consistency across all systems.
• Act as the main operational contact for portfolio companies, administering surveys and connecting them with firm resources while highlighting recurring founder needs.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound dealflow, triaging and logging opportunities for the appropriate team members.
• Keep the CRM pipeline organized and up-to-date, ensuring every opportunity is correctly categorized and tracked through each stage.
• Support the investment team throughout the transaction lifecycle by coordinating documentation, tracking checklists, and ensuring workstreams stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to gather, organize, and maintain deal materials and closing documentation.
• Continuously improve the team's operating infrastructure, including dealflow tracking, CRM hygiene, and portfolio reporting cadences.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes, increasing efficiency and reducing operational risk.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, analyst, investment support, or FP&A roles, preferably within venture capital or private equity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM and dealflow platforms, along with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Comfort with learning and administering new tools quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to build, document, and maintain repeatable processes, and to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping details.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in a remote, global, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with venture/growth-stage investment workflows, portfolio reporting, and valuation concepts.
• Working knowledge of stablecoins or blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience administering or implementing CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
