Principal Product Designer

Restream.io seeks a Principal Product Designer to lead design efforts, shape product direction, and grow the design team remotely from CH. The role requires expertise in UI, visual design, and design systems, with a focus on high-growth products.

This role is responsible for solving complex product and UX challenges with precision, shaping the overall design direction, and helping to build a strong design culture within the company.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, prototypes, and detailed visual assets for product features
• Work with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s design system

Requirements

• Proven experience designing applications, preferably in fast-growing products with a strong design focus
• Advanced skills in visual design, user interface, and interactive elements
• Track record of building and maintaining design systems across multiple products
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
