Private Aviation Advisor - Group Charter

LunaJets seeks a Junior Private Aviation Advisor for its Group Charter division in Geneva. The role focuses on client acquisition, flight coordination, and relationship management within a dynamic, multicultural team.

As part of Luna Group Charter, a rapidly expanding department within Europe’s leading private jet brokerage, this position aims to grow the brand’s presence among sports teams, corporate groups, and entertainment tours. The advisor will build a robust client portfolio by identifying needs, negotiating terms, and recommending optimal flight solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong connections with both clients and aircraft operators.
• Expand the company’s client base through proactive outreach and cold calling.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the entire journey, from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-up.
• Oversee daily flight operations, including availability outside standard business hours.
• Manage airport check-in procedures and personally greet clients upon arrival.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong motivation to succeed.
• Client-centric mindset with a high degree of accountability.
• Proactive individual who thinks creatively and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Highly organized multitasker capable of performing well under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma, preferably in business, aviation, hospitality, or real estate.
• Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Native-level fluency in a second language, such as French, German, Russian, Italian, or Spanish.
• Prior experience in the hospitality sector.
