This role focuses on securing private funding to support the ICRC's humanitarian work. The specialist will design strategies to engage individual donors, foundations, and private sector partners while ensuring fundraising efforts align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run fundraising campaigns.
  • Maintain and update donor databases.
  • Track and report on fundraising performance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in fundraising, ideally within humanitarian or non-profit contexts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • A degree in business, communications, or a related discipline.
