Product Manager PPR

SR Technics seeks a Senior Product Manager for PPR in Belgrade. The role focuses on creating profitable proposals, aligning sales strategies, and maintaining deep product expertise within the aerospace sector.

This position serves as a key link between strategic and product sales teams, ensuring that customer proposals are both commercially viable and technically sound. The incumbent is responsible for driving the proposal process from initial preparation through to final negotiation and handover, while keeping abreast of market trends and product developments.

Responsibilities

• Draft accurate and competitive proposals for clients, carefully managing costs, pricing structures, and contractual conditions.
• Lead the coordination of significant proposal efforts, ensuring the sales force remains informed and that strategies align across Strategic and Product Sales divisions.
• Assist the sales team during negotiation phases to secure favorable agreement terms.
• Facilitate the transition of all contract and proposal details to the operational departments once an agreement is signed.
• Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with clients and external collaborators to encourage long-term business relationships.
• Keep product knowledge current and gather market intelligence specific to PPR, while also suggesting enhancements to internal workflows and tools.
• Acquire comprehensive understanding of product offerings, covering both commercial and technical dimensions.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or business administration, complemented by solid financial and commercial acumen.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a commercial capacity within the aerospace industry or a closely related field.
• Excellent abilities in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and delivering presentations.
• Strong focus on safety standards, quality assurance, and cost management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, along with experience using SAP.
• Fluent command of English at a C1 level.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of MRO processes or engine systems is preferred.
• Ability to speak additional languages is viewed as a positive asset.
