Mondelez Schweiz GmbH seeks a Production Process Operator in Bern to manage equipment, ensure safety and quality, and lead standard work processes using progressive maintenance standards.
This position focuses on operating and maintaining production equipment to meet key performance targets across safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale. The role also involves leading at least one standard work process for the team, utilizing a plan-do-check-adjust approach to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery to achieve goals related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and team morale.
- Apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to keep equipment in optimal condition and assist with new product development.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols while carrying out quality assurance activities.
- Participate actively in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stoppage reduction, loss analysis, and breakdown elimination efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrate deep expertise in at least one technical process and maintain it using progressive maintenance standards.
- Troubleshoot issues across multiple processes as needed.
- Possess experience and knowledge in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems, along with advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions.
- Be familiar with Phase 2 tools, including AM Step 4, working principles, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6.
- Lead a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach.
