The company is developing a next-generation trading platform from scratch. This position centers on creating high-performance systems and low-latency code to support trading strategies across various markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new components in Rust, prioritizing low latency and correctness.
• Create trading strategies for both crypto and traditional markets using modern development tools.
• Optimize the existing codebase to ensure peak performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Rust, demonstrated through significant projects or GitHub contributions, or equivalent experience in C/C++.
• A strong focus on clean, maintainable, and well-structured architecture.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and networking fundamentals.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage tasks from start to finish.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Python or C.
