Senior Auditor(s) in Financial Services - Geneva

The company seeks a Senior Auditor in Geneva to conduct financial audits and regulatory reporting for banking clients, requiring strong French communication skills and relevant accounting qualifications.

This position supports the Assurance Service Line in protecting the public interest and promoting transparency within the banking sector. The role focuses on delivering high-quality audits and building trusted client relationships through responsive, insightful service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure transparency and consistency to help build stakeholder trust.
• Evaluate and report on the accuracy of client financial statements.
• Submit verification results to regulators, such as FINMA, covering prudential legislation topics like AML, suitability, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; a Swiss degree is preferred.
• Holding a certified public accountant diploma (e.g., Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Two to three years of external audit experience, with Big Four background considered advantageous.
• Fluency in French for both verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively, manage pressure, and maintain positive working relationships.
