Manager Auditor(s) in Financial Services - Geneva

The company seeks a Manager Auditor for its Assurance Service Line in Geneva, focusing on financial services audits for Swiss and multinational clients.

This position sits within the Assurance Service Line, a group dedicated to protecting the public interest and promoting transparency to inspire confidence and trust. The role involves collaborating with national and international banking sector clients within a multicultural, global setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit engagements for Swiss-headquartered entities and subsidiaries of multinational corporations.
• Enhance client trust by ensuring transparency, clarity, and consistency in audit processes.
• Tailor audit methodologies to evolving client needs while applying sophisticated accounting and auditing principles.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client contacts and regularly evaluate client satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the audit cycle.
• Supervise daily fieldwork activities, update Senior Managers and Partners on progress, and oversee staff performance.
• Mentor junior team members on technical accounting and auditing standards.
• Promote a collaborative, innovative, and efficient team atmosphere.
• Share insights with the audit team and actively consider feedback from colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Holding a certified public accountant diploma (e.g., Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Five to seven years of experience in external audit.
• Proven managerial experience leading audit teams internationally, coaching staff on technical procedures, and coordinating with specialists.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French.
