Manager - Financial Accounting Advisory Services - Geneva

The company seeks a Manager for Financial Accounting Advisory Services in Geneva to support clients with finance transformation, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

This Manager Consultant role, located in Geneva, is part of the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team. The position focuses on helping financial departments navigate significant challenges, such as digital transformation and investment policy, while driving accounting excellence and finance function transformation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in adopting new accounting standards and redesigning their finance operations, reporting workflows, and operating models.
• Partner with FAAS leadership in Switzerland to create and implement tailored strategies for each client.
• Coordinate with internal specialists and subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Gain a deep understanding of client needs to produce clear, accurate, and professionally presented work products.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards and ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including FAAS projects, solutions, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally supplemented by a professional qualification such as Swiss Certified Accountant, CPA, or ACCA.
• Possess 6 to 8 years of experience in audit and/or consulting, with specific knowledge of recent IFRS updates.
• Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach throughout project design and execution.
• Effectively build and utilize both external and internal networks within a dynamic, international setting.
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
