Senior Business Travel Consultant - French Speaking - Remote

Perk Yokoy seeks a French-speaking Senior Business Travel Consultant to provide elite, end-to-end travel management for VIP clients in a remote setting.

This position serves as an Executive and VIP Business Travel Consultant, delivering high-level service to senior leaders and valuable corporate accounts. The role combines expertise in hospitality and luxury customer service with contact centre operations to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete travel arrangements for executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and special requests.
• Offer tailored advice that respects traveller preferences, corporate policies, and duty of care standards.
• Resolve urgent travel disruptions quickly and empathetically to minimize impact.
• Manage client interactions across phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain premium service quality while meeting operational targets like productivity, handle time, and SLA compliance.
• Foster lasting relationships with executive travellers through consistent, high-quality support.
• Work closely with team members to uphold a culture of elite service and high performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of providing premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality, aviation, or luxury sectors.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Solid grasp of contact centre metrics, including productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Excellent communication abilities with a professional, confident, and discreet manner.
• Capacity to stay calm, make decisive choices, and focus on solutions under pressure.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Background in supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with out-of-hours, follow-the-sun, or on-call travel support structures.
