Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to create strategies based on data insights.
- Convert vague business questions into clear analytical problems, design experiments, and extract meaningful patterns from large datasets.
- Present results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to improve product features and tailor user experiences.
- Promote a data-centric mindset by integrating user engagement metrics back into model training.
- Partner with the Generative AI group to assess model quality and track feature adoption rates.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Engineering, or the Sciences, or possess equivalent hands-on experience.
- Have at least four years of professional experience in data science or analysis, including identifying trends, creating summary statistics, and deriving insights from both qualitative and quantitative sources.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with executive audiences, supported by a history of managing cross-functional stakeholders and leading through influence.
