Senior Fund Controller - Reporting

Partners Group seeks a Senior Fund Controller for its Evergreen Fund Control team in Zug. The position focuses on IFRS accounting, NAV oversight, and coordinating annual audits for a diverse portfolio.

This position sits within the Evergreen Fund Control team in Zug, where the primary focus is on IFRS accounting, NAV oversight, and financial reporting. The role supports annual audits and periodic NAV processes, working closely with senior team members, external administrators, and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual audits for a portfolio of entities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality financial statements and annual reports.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders regarding deliverables and reporting matters.
• Review periodic NAV packages, financial statements, and annual reports prepared by external administrators, identifying issues, inconsistencies, and areas requiring follow-up.
• Support technical accounting assessments and escalate key accounting matters where appropriate.
• Contribute to the enhancement of reporting, control, and audit coordination processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support timely resolution of issues.

Requirements
