LGT Capital Partners AG seeks a German-speaking Senior Investment Controller in Pfäffikon to lead Net Asset Value and investor reporting for private markets.
This position sits within the Private Markets financial operations and investment controlling teams. The primary focus is managing Net Asset Value calculations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting for German investors across various private market funds.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review Net Asset Value and German investor reporting workflows to ensure high-quality, timely delivery to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and validate work produced by internal team members and external service providers.
- Coordinate with global teams on investment controlling activities and facilitate information flow between departments.
- Support audit processes and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Develop, implement, and enforce internal controls and process improvements.
- Participate in strategic projects and system enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in private equity fund accounting, controlling, or auditing.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proven team player with a hands-on, accountable attitude.
- Passion for contributing to the company’s success and impact.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
