Senior IT Application - Solution Owner (80-100%)

Skyguide seeks a Senior IT Application - Solution Owner to manage Salesforce-based cloud solutions, including Riskonnect, and other corporate IT applications. The role requires end-to-end ownership, collaboration with stakeholders and vendors, and ensures stable, high-quality delivery in a flexible work environment.

This role involves full ownership of a Salesforce-based cloud solution (Riskonnect) and other corporate IT applications, serving as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software solutions and architecture, ensuring integration within the corporate IT environment, with a focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and other corporate applications.
• Lead technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to deployment, go-live, and ongoing support.
• Maintain high-quality delivery by conducting impact analysis, planning releases, and aligning technical work with business processes.
• Ensure stable operations through proactive monitoring, coordinated releases, and 2nd/3rd-level support, including vendor and access management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Promote continuous improvement and future-ready solutions by contributing to IT roadmap planning and annual budgeting.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Salesforce, preferably including Riskonnect, Experience Cloud, and custom applications; willingness to learn additional platforms.
• Solid understanding of user and access management, APIs, integrations, and data models or databases.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in software testing, release management, working with external vendors, or in risk management environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with business domains such as ATM operational safety, information or physical security, audit, or compliance frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
