Responsibilities
- Review and assess commercial agreements, including purchase and sales contracts.
- Interpret and apply Swiss legislation relevant to ICT and consumer business operations.
- Advise on compliance issues such as labor law, competition law, and trade secret protection.
- Manage straightforward legal cases and support official investigations.
- Provide assistance with Data Protection Officer (DPO) duties and GDPR-related matters.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or in a law firm.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and German.
- Proven experience handling transactions and legal issues related to commercial law, technology law, regulatory compliance, and other relevant legal areas.
