Senior OMS Developer

The company seeks a Senior OMS Developer to maintain and enhance its global trading infrastructure, specifically the FIS Front Arena system, while ensuring high stability and automation.

This position focuses on the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the global trading system. The role involves delivering high-quality support to stakeholders across various international offices and ensuring the reliability of the underlying technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the Order Management System (OMS) to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with business units to implement new requirements and improve service delivery, including network-related aspects.
• Build and integrate new functionalities, market connections, and features within the Front Arena trading environment.
• Provide daily operational support to business teams.
• Enhance system stability and increase automation levels to streamline processes.

Requirements

• A university degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent vocational training in banking.
• Three to five years of hands-on experience with Front Arena OMNI or AMS.
• Solid understanding of industry-specific trading processes.
• Proficiency in Front Arena Automation, Microsoft Windows Server, and MS SQL.
• Strong skills in FIX-Protocol, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Proven track record of successful projects within the Front Arena ecosystem.
• Fluent command of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Front Arena PRIME or ADS modules.
• Fluency in German.
