(Senior) Product Manager - Customer Support Solutions (all genders)

HolidayCheck AG seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of digital customer support solutions in Bottighofen, CH.

This position sits within the Product Team and focuses on the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of digital support tools. The role exists to help the company fulfill its mission of improving vacations by enabling travelers to resolve issues quickly and independently through scalable software.

Responsibilities

• Translate recurring customer issues into scalable software solutions
• Define and drive the product strategy for customer support tools to improve quality, speed, and automation
• Design and refine digital support features that allow customers to solve problems on their own
• Implement automation and AI technologies to boost resolution speed and consistency
• Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure reliable and sustainable implementations
• Track and optimize key performance indicators such as resolution time, automation rates, and self-service adoption

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in product management within software-driven customer environments
• Deep understanding of customer and transaction processes, preferably in the travel sector
• Proven track record of building high-quality self-service and automation solutions
• Strong skills in discovery and problem framing to convert customer needs into product features
• Ability to lead stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Business units
• Data-driven approach with experience owning KPIs and translating insights into product priorities
