Senior Treasury Manager

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager for a Hedge Fund client in Zürich. The role leads the Treasury function, focusing on liquidity, hedging, and regulatory compliance.

The company is looking for an experienced professional to lead the Treasury department at a Hedge Fund. This position involves overseeing the entire Treasury function, supported by an Operations specialist, to ensure financial stability and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repo management activities
• Manage daily liquidity needs
• Execute hedging strategies
• Handle collateral management processes
• Optimize capital usage
• Negotiate counterparty agreements and set limits
• Prepare financial and operational reports
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Treasury role within a Hedge Fund, Investment Bank, or similar financial institution
• Deep understanding of Fixed Income products, particularly Bonds and Repos
• Solid knowledge of capital optimization, collateral management, and liquidity principles
• Strong analytical and data handling capabilities
