SEP Transformation Lead

Coopers Group AG seeks a Senior SEP Transformation Lead in Monthey, CH, to manage transition roadmaps and ensure operational continuity across European sites.

The company is looking for a professional to guide clients through SEP implementation by coordinating transformation activities. This position ensures smooth integration between Swiss Hub and other European locations while upholding technical standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SET transition roadmap, including vendor onboarding and contract finalization.
• Monitor progress on key goals such as work unit deployment, offshoring, and productivity gains.
• Identify and report risks related to volume changes, scope shifts, and delivery limits.
• Oversee document control for protocols, work unit models, and contract frameworks.
• Provide leadership and capability development within a complex matrix organization.
• Coach and train team members to support transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or engineering leadership.
• Knowledge of manufacturing complexities and transformation projects.
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• Ability to navigate and work within complex organizational structures.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills to handle multiple concurrent activities.
• Expertise in project management, business case design, engineering economics, and finance.
• Proficiency in managing and presenting complex, conflicting data.
• Clear communication skills to derive actionable conclusions from complex information.
• Credibility and trust from leadership teams.
• Strong influencing abilities to drive change among stakeholders.
• Creativity and leadership to energize teams and overcome obstacles.
• Degree in industrial, engineering, or chemical sciences, or a 5-year technical degree.
• Proven track record in project and program management methodologies.
• Experience in change or operational management.
