Senior Organizational Change Lead within Global MES Basel-Stadt

Coopers Group AG seeks a Senior Organizational Change Lead in Basel to drive global MES harmonization and digital transformation through strategic change management.

This position focuses on developing and implementing worldwide Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to facilitate the harmonization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and support the company's digital evolution. The incumbent will lead and mentor OCM teams, ensuring that best practices in change management are embedded within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and secure stakeholder buy-in for transformation initiatives by addressing specific needs.
• Direct change management plans, including communication, training, and support, to ensure smooth adoption.
• Manage end-to-end transformation activities, aligning them with program timelines and objectives.
• Monitor change management progress and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Benchmark against industry best practices, particularly in pharmaceutical and GxP-compliant environments.
• Assess change-related risks and identify opportunities to optimize outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related specialization area.
• Experience in Change management within MES required.
• Experience in leading and mentoring program and project teams.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical production/manufacturing or GxP Environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs and projects, including system deployments.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Strong written and verbal language skills in both English and German.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
