The company is looking for an experienced leader to drive a major, multi-region transformation initiative. In this role, you will convert strategic plans into tangible results by managing the integrated delivery roadmap, overseeing cross-stream execution, and guaranteeing that releases are delivered reliably. Responsibilities
- Oversee the cross-programme delivery roadmap, release schedules, and readiness for cutover and hypercare phases.
- Facilitate weekly delivery forums to synchronize cross-stream dependencies, review risks, and make unblocking decisions.
- Control scope through structured change management, balancing minimum viable product goals against value and risk trade-offs.
- Manage the critical path, handoffs, and sequencing between Technology and Business workstreams.
- Verify that definitions of done, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates are satisfied for every phase.
- Execute stage gates (Initiate, Plan, Build, Test, Deploy, Hypercare) with clear go/no-go criteria.
- Lead programme-level RAID management by anticipating impacts, securing mitigations, and escalating issues early.
- Ensure delivery plans comply with regulatory and compliance requirements, including data privacy and SOX.
- Conduct periodic delivery health checks and implement corrective actions or systemic fixes.
- Maintain multi-year budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with delivery phases and releases.
- Track actuals against plans, managing variances, accruals, and capitalization (CapEx/OpEx).
- Define and track benefits KPIs with baselines and realization plans tied to specific releases.
- Govern vendor finances through PO tracking, SOW alignment, milestone billing, rate cards, and burn rate analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance on controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
- Develop a cross-stream capacity model covering FTEs, contractors, and vendors.
- Balance demand and supply, manage skills mix, and optimize onboarding and offboarding cadences.
- Monitor utilization, productivity, and cost-to-serve, addressing bottlenecks promptly.
- Manage vendor performance against delivery SLAs and quality metrics.
- Run a cadence of weekly status updates, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly deep-dives.
- Prepare executive-ready packs and dashboards covering milestones, risks, capacity, and financials.
- Transform delivery data into insights and scenarios to recommend and secure decisions.
- Maintain a single source of truth for scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and benefits.
- Align with the Programme Director on priorities and decision options involving trade-offs.
- Map stakeholders and execute a communications plan across regions and functions.
- Operate the delivery toolset including Jira, Xray, Confluence, RAID logs, and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, version control, and access governance across all artefacts.
- Automate reporting where possible and define KPI models for flow, predictability, and quality.
Requirements
