Team Leader - Customer Service

The company seeks a Senior Team Leader for Customer Service in Bangalore to manage the full lifecycle of service agreements, ensuring compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading a team.

This position is based in Bangalore, India, and focuses on overseeing the entire lifecycle of service contracts. The role ensures that agreements are renewed, executed, and managed in compliance with company policies while protecting margins and driving strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of service contracts across the organization.
• Lead renewal processes to ensure timely follow-ups and successful closures.
• Guarantee that contract execution aligns with agreed scopes and commitments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members handling service agreement tasks.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and ORM policies to maintain compliance.
• Manage all aspects of contract administration, including order booking, invoicing, documentation, and tracking.
• Protect profit margins and ensure the commercial viability of all agreements.
• Drive the strategic expansion of service agreements to meet annual budget targets.
• Ensure seamless service delivery under each contract.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Area Service Managers to identify growth opportunities and expand the service agreement business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any field.
• At least 10 years of experience in service agreements or services business, preferably in manufacturing or process industries.
• Strong practical experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
