Test Manager

QACube AG in Zürich seeks a Senior Test Manager for a hybrid, full-time role. The position involves test consulting and management in agile environments, with a focus on quality, innovation, and client relationships within the Sixsentix community.

This role focuses on test consulting and management, requiring expertise across various testing disciplines. It supports value-driven, quality-assured solutions in agile settings and is part of the Sixsentix test consulting community, contributing to innovation and client success.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on test consulting and management, applying knowledge across different testing disciplines.
• Manage testing in integrated environments, with initial experience in this area.
• Deliver quality-assured, value-oriented solutions within agile teams.
• Continuously enhance internal and client testing processes and methodologies.
• Design test strategies that impact multiple project streams.
• Lead and coordinate testing teams for large-scale programs and regular releases.
• Create and implement proof of concepts to advance automation capabilities.
• Apply a metrics-driven approach to test planning and management.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, supporting retention and growth.
• Share expertise and contribute to the Sixsentix test consulting community.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with extensive experience in testing or IT projects.
• Several years of consulting experience, including deep knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with multiple testing frameworks, with expert-level proficiency in at least one.
• Ability to quickly adapt to client environments and take decisive action.
• Proven ability to succeed in complex settings, taking ownership and driving projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex topics.
