This IT System Engineer role sits within the client's core IT department in Rotkreuz. The professional will collaborate closely with infrastructure, software, and project teams to drive technical initiatives and ensure system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, efficient system architectures
- Enhance system performance and reliability through optimization and integration
- Participate in broader IT projects and take ownership of sub-projects
- Manage and upgrade critical services, including Veeam for backups and Grafana for monitoring
- Implement automation solutions to support infrastructure modernization efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and system implementation
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting
- Fluent command of both German and English in written and spoken communication
