SAF AG seeks a Working Student to support Sales Heads in Switzerland with enterprise customer operations, combining organizational and analytical duties within the Growth Office.
This position sits within the Growth Office, which drives SAP Switzerland’s strategy to expand market presence and increase customer value. The role assists Sales Heads in managing relationships with large companies across diverse industries by handling both organizational coordination and analytical tasks throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting straightforward price quotes.
- Manage internal requests and ensure smooth coordination.
- Oversee sales processes to ensure they proceed without interruption.
- Build and maintain lists of customer contacts.
- Distribute personalized invitations for upcoming customer events.
- Conduct follow-up activities to keep client conversations active.
- Update sales records to provide accurate visibility into opportunities.
- Monitor and direct approval workflows to prevent delays.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and German.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work from the Zurich office on a regular basis.
Nice to have
- Studies in Business, Economics, or related fields with an interest in sales.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
- Prior experience using CRM platforms.
- Ability to communicate in French.
- Previous practical experience from internships or student projects.
