AI Engineering Manager

Visium seeks an AI Engineering Manager in Zürich to lead client-focused AI projects, drive business value, and manage teams and stakeholders in a hybrid, full-time role.

This role is centered on leading AI engagements with enterprise clients, ensuring high-impact delivery and measurable ROI. The manager will own client collaborations, guide technical execution, and align project outcomes with business goals, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your teams in delivering high-quality AI solutions
• Oversee the creation and delivery of AI projects that meet client needs and business objectives
• Help shape the strategy, structure, and direction of client engagements
• Manage stakeholders, maintain client relationships, and lead your team effectively
• Remove barriers to ensure clients achieve real business benefits and ROI
• Continuously track and measure client value and ROI throughout the project lifecycle
• Address delivery challenges by implementing corrective actions and making tactical decisions
• Monitor project progress against milestones, financial targets, utilization, and internal KPIs
• Engage with clients to build strong partnerships and identify new value-creation opportunities
• Support the growth of a diverse client portfolio and help develop offerings for new clients
• Begin building a network of external contacts to support future engagements

Requirements

• A background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Computer Science is required
• Proven experience in building and deepening client relationships with large organizations
• Strong experience interacting with C-level executives and stakeholders
