AI Use Case Manager

Hero Group seeks a Senior AI Use Case Manager in Lenzburg to lead the Group AI Centre of Competence, driving adoption and scaling high-impact AI initiatives across the organization.

This position sits within the newly established Group AI Centre of Competence, acting as the critical link between strategic vision, technical execution, and organizational transformation. The primary objective is to convert experimental AI concepts into tangible business value, ensuring that artificial intelligence delivers measurable benefits for employees, customers, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies to accelerate the adoption of AI solutions.
• Foster a network of AI champions across various departments and global markets.
• Launch communication initiatives that showcase successful AI implementations.
• Discover, evaluate, prioritize, and expand AI projects that offer significant strategic and financial returns.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to convert complex business problems into actionable AI opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the performance, adoption rates, and business impact of AI projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of introducing new tools, processes, or working methods across multiple locations, markets, or functions.
• Strong grasp of contemporary AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agents, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in German is highly desirable.
