(Assistant) Manager - People & Change - Management Consulting

KPMG AG seeks a Manager for People & Change in Zürich to lead complex business and digital transformation initiatives, coaching executives and managing stakeholder relationships.

This position focuses on guiding organizations through significant business and digital shifts. The role entails steering intricate transformation programs while providing direct coaching and leadership support to C-suite executives, management teams, and project groups to ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage complex transformation initiatives covering HR, ERP, CRM, and procurement areas.
• Identify and address the specific needs of stakeholders, key users, and end-users during transformation and transaction phases.
• Facilitate workshops and provide coaching to senior leadership, management layers, and project teams.
• Design and monitor detailed transformation plans that align closely with overall project management schedules.
• Build and maintain strong client trust by actively tracking and measuring change management progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, technology, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in consulting or change/project management roles within transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of current IT topics and industry trends.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage work in a multitasking environment.
• Proven experience working with international clients.
• Excellent command of English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or French languages.
