Digital HR Specialist (SAP SuccessFactor Experience)

Partners Group seeks a Digital HR Specialist in Zug to manage SAP SuccessFactors systems, provide technical support, and drive digital innovation within a global financial institution.

This position sits within the dynamic Digital HR team at Partners Group, a global financial institution. The specialist serves as a subject matter expert for HR systems, supporting users worldwide while leveraging digital knowledge platforms and emerging AI tools to enhance operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert for at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Handle first- and second-level support for standard and complex HR cases, escalations, and service requests.
• Conduct root cause analysis to fix recurring issues and prevent future incidents.
• Meet SLA targets for response and resolution, contributing to service performance improvements.
• Evaluate and translate functional and technical change requests into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Coordinate system releases, upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and post-release validation.
• Work with IT teams and external vendors to manage integrations, enhancements, and defect resolution.
• Ensure system stability, security, data integrity, and compliance, including roles, permissions, and audit controls.
• Create and maintain documentation such as user guides, SOPs, configuration workbooks, UAT scripts, KB articles, and data dictionaries.
• Manage digital knowledge platforms like Confluence and SharePoint.
• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to support HR operations, reporting, and knowledge discovery.
• Monitor case trends, ticket patterns, and service metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, and global stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business language.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, digital innovation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Experience managing system releases, UAT, and regression testing.
• Commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Confluence and SharePoint for knowledge management.
• Ability to apply AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT in HR contexts.
