Digital HR Specialist

Partners Group seeks a Digital HR Specialist in Zug to manage SAP SuccessFactors, provide global HR system support, and drive digital enablement initiatives.

This position serves as a subject matter expert for the organization’s HR technology landscape. The specialist enhances operational efficiency by managing HR systems, supporting users globally, and integrating emerging AI tools into daily workflows. The role is critical for ensuring the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of digital HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert for at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Deliver first- and second-level support for HR cases, escalations, and service requests.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring technical issues.
• Meet all SLA targets for response times, resolution, and system lifecycle management.
• Convert functional and technical change requests into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Oversee system releases, upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and post-release validation.
• Collaborate with IT departments and external vendors to handle integrations and fix defects.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Create, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge assets.
• Manage and update digital knowledge platforms.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline HR operations and documentation processes.
• Monitor case trends and service metrics to proactively identify risks.
• Work closely with HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong experience with HR systems and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of UAT and regression testing procedures.
• Proficiency with Confluence and SharePoint for documentation and knowledge management.
• Ability to apply AI tools effectively in an HR context.
