Bhend Elektroplan GmbH in Baden, CH, seeks an HR Services Specialist (m/f/d) for a mid-level, fixed-term hybrid role. The position involves end-to-end employee administration in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, supporting both Axpo and CKW HR teams.
This role manages full-cycle employee administration from hiring to exit using SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM. It functions as a hybrid support between the HR services teams of Axpo and CKW, ensuring seamless HR operations across both organizations.
Responsibilities
- Handle all employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
- Record, update, and verify HR and payroll data, coordinating with managers, authorities, and social-insurance institutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR administrative queries, including salary and social-insurance matters.
- Support both Axpo HR Services and CKW HR Services teams in a shared hybrid capacity.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or administrative training with an additional HR certification.
- Previous experience in HR administration or a shared-service environment, with strong proficiency in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.
- Organized, service-minded, and focused on finding practical solutions.
