Medartis seeks an HR Process Excellence & Systems Specialist to manage SAP SuccessFactors, optimize HR workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making across its global operations.
This position is responsible for shaping the global HR systems landscape and enabling data-driven decision-making within an international organization. The specialist will ensure that HR processes are streamlined, compliant, and supported by robust data foundations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing HR workflows to identify bottlenecks and design automated, streamlined solutions that integrate with current systems.
- Lead the planning and execution of annual core HR activities, such as performance management, compensation planning, and external reporting.
- Administer, support, and continuously develop the global HR systems environment, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet evolving business and HR needs.
- Manage the Learning platform within SAP SuccessFactors, including content management and user support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to analyze, coordinate, and implement system changes.
- Provide consulting and support to internal stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors topics and related processes.
- Define, document, and continuously improve HR processes to align with best practices and internal standards.
- Ensure all HR process designs and documentation comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and deliver HR reports and KPIs to global stakeholders.
- Establish and improve standards for HR master data quality and management.
- Ensure high-quality HR data foundations for efficient reporting and people analytics while adhering to data privacy and security rules.
- Ensure system documentation and compliance with global data privacy standards.
- Execute required controls in line with regulatory and internal data policies.
- Ensure the availability of training materials and coordinate or conduct user training sessions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HRIS experience, including hands-on administration of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel.
- Deep expertise in HR process design, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in HR reporting and analytics, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of HR data governance and privacy requirements, such as GDPR.
- Project management skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Structured and solution-oriented working style.
