Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d)

ITech Consult AG seeks a Senior Business Continuity Manager in Zürich to lead recovery planning and resilience efforts for a major Swiss bank.

The company is looking for a professional to provide technical leadership for the 'Professional Recovery' stream within a strategic program aimed at enhancing operational resilience for a leading Swiss financial institution. The role involves creating regulatorily compliant recovery plans for critical banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for the Resilience stream within a bank-wide initiative.
• Analyze and document critical business processes along with their dependencies.
• Develop and maintain recovery plans.
• Define requirements for recovery and emergency operations.
• Facilitate workshops with business units, IT, Risk, and Governance teams.
• Plan and execute recovery tests, including evaluation of results.
• Prepare management and governance documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the PMO environment of large, complex IT programs or projects.
