Business Process Lead - ERP Supply Chain, Senior Manager

Takeda Pharma AG seeks a Senior Manager to lead global ERP supply chain business processes, ensuring efficient, compliant operations and successful system transitions.

This position acts as the global champion for digital supply chain business processes, aiming to enable efficient, effective, and compliant operations. The incumbent is responsible for leading global business process governance within specific supply chain domains and defining core templates for ERP system capabilities, including process flows and data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation and process flows to integrate Global Operating Procedures into system capabilities.
• Ensure high-quality system deployment by following software engineering best practices and approving business readiness.
• Lead and support the Community of Practice and implement operational global training plans.
• Drive change management efforts to maximize employee adoption of key initiatives and operating model changes.
• Collect and align IT requirements from GSC, Finance, and LOC functions for Supply Chain IT systems.
• Contribute process knowledge to ensure a smooth transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4Hana.
• Maintain robust documentation of process flows within the SAP Signavio process manager module.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience with Supply Chain Organization / Supply Chain IT Organization.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading the integration of processes into an ERP system, such as JDE and/or SAP.
• Experience in interfacing EDI transactions with SAP systems, including EDI mapping of purchase order and advanced shipment notification transaction sets.
• Experience in Change Management activities, including change impact assessments, business readiness assessments and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience preferably in the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry.
