Wirz & Partners Management Consulting AG seeks a senior executive to lead operational and strategic management of a security-focused company in Switzerland, reporting to group headquarters.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the operational and strategic direction of the business. This role involves direct reporting to the group headquarters and close collaboration with international partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration.
- Drive business development initiatives.
- Act as the primary representative of the organisation for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Extensive management experience within technology-driven firms, preferably those specialising in security solutions.
- Significant background in advising public authorities and governments, including involvement in international public procurement processes.
- Prior experience as a CEO or Managing Director of a company with similar revenue levels, ideally within an international setting with group-level exposure.
- Demonstrated history of professional success.
- An engineering degree complemented by business administration training (such as an MBA) or a natural sciences degree with equivalent business qualifications.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
