CH-Operations Expert (m/f/d)

Apple seeks an Entry-level CH-Operations Expert to ensure inventory accuracy and support sales excellence through operational mentorship and process compliance.

This position is designed to enhance the customer experience and drive sales by maintaining high standards in operations and inventory management. The role focuses on mentoring the operations team to ensure all tasks are performed accurately and in strict adherence to Retail Inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory tasks such as receiving, counting, returning, and shipping goods while following Retail Inventory protocols.
• Guide and assist team members in performing operational duties correctly.
• Handle product fulfillment by delivering items requested by Runners to customers and staff.
• Share knowledge regarding Retail Inventory processes to support Operations Specialists.
• Help all store team members understand inventory performance metrics.
• Collect inventory data to assist leadership in making informed decisions.
• Monitor the inventory management system for accuracy, including non-sellable products.
• Analyze variance trends to identify and understand their root causes.
• Assist with customer-facing activities when necessary.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work schedules that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
• Consistent attendance as scheduled.
• Physical ability to lift and carry products to various locations inside and outside the store.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
