Order Management Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Enter orders in accordance with company policy and customer requirements.
• Provide customer service to distribution and reseller partners.
• Manage order flow through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams.
• Process return requests (RMAs) and customer credits.
• Maintain documentation of Order Management processes.

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Proficiency in using ERP order processing systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience; or equivalent work experience preferred.
