Chef de Rang (f/m/d)

Kempinski St Moritz seeks a Chef de Rang for its Neora restaurant for the winter 2026/2027 season. The role requires strong multilingual skills and upscale dining experience.

This position supports the food and beverage team during the winter season of 2026/2027. The successful candidate will manage a specific station within the Neora restaurant, ensuring high-quality service for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide attentive care throughout their visit
• Guide customers in selecting appropriate food and drink options
• Promote and sell specific wine selections
• Handle breakfast and evening à la carte service
• Perform cashier tasks using the Micros platform
• Prepare the service area daily (mise en place)
• Deliver food and beverages to tables
• Attend weekly training sessions to maintain standards
• Share expertise with junior team members
• Adhere strictly to Kempinski service protocols

Requirements

• Completion of formal training at a similar hotel establishment
• Several years of hands-on experience in high-end gastronomy
• Fluency in Greek, German, and English

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of an additional foreign language
